Terms of Service — WhatsApp & Meta Platform

WatsappAI developer application and WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) integrations.

These Terms supplement our general engagement terms for Lyntaris deployments and apply specifically to use of the WatsappAI Meta developer application and related WhatsApp Business Platform capabilities delivered via Lyntaris software and services. 1. Who we are

These Terms are entered into with Multiversum d.o.o., with registered office in Slovenia (“Multiversum”, “we”, “us”). Lyntaris is the product and platform brand under which Multiversum provides conversational AI deployments. References to “Lyntaris” on lyntaris.com refer to services operated by Multiversum.

2. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of functionality connected to the WatsappAI Meta developer application, including integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), webhooks, messaging flows, and optional operator tooling (for example configuration within a deployed Lyntaris stack such as Flowise). They apply to business customers who purchase or operate Lyntaris solutions and to authorized users (such as staff or administrators) whom those customers permit to use the tools.

3. Acceptance

By deploying or using Lyntaris features that rely on the WatsappAI integration and WhatsApp Business Platform, you confirm that the business you represent accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the integration.

4. Meta and WhatsApp rules

Use of Meta and WhatsApp APIs is subject to Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, and other applicable Meta policies, as updated from time to time. You must comply with all of them. We may suspend or limit functionality where required to comply with Meta or WhatsApp requirements or to protect the service.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the integration only for lawful business messaging and related administration consistent with your agreement with Multiversum and with Meta’s permitted uses for the permissions your deployment relies on. You must not: (a) misuse Platform Data or message content; (b) send spam, deceptive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls; (d) use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law; or (e) resell or expose Meta credentials except as expressly agreed in writing.

6. Business customer obligations

Business customers are responsible for: obtaining any consent or legal basis required for their messaging; configuring retention and access in line with their policies; ensuring end-user support channels they advertise; and restricting credentials and operator access to authorized personnel. Customers remain responsible for their relationship with end users on WhatsApp except where mandatory law assigns liability otherwise.

7. Service and changes

We deliver software and services as described in your order or agreement with Multiversum. Features depend on Meta and third-party infrastructure; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the integration is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, other than any mandatory statutory rights. AI-generated or automated outputs may be incorrect; humans remain responsible for business-critical decisions and compliance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Multiversum’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms (excluding liability that cannot be limited by law) shall be limited to direct damages and, where a paid contract exists, shall not exceed the fees paid to Multiversum for the affected Lyntaris services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply. Courts in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
