This page is the public URL we provide for Meta’s User data deletion setting (Data deletion instructions URL). It describes how to request deletion of personal data processed by Multiversum d.o.o. in connection with the WatsappAI app and Lyntaris WhatsApp integrations. 1. If you messaged a business on WhatsApp

If you are an end user who sent messages to a business on WhatsApp, that business (our client) usually holds the operational history of your conversation in their own processes. Please contact that business directly first if your request concerns your chat with them or their records.

2. Requests to Multiversum (WatsappAI / Lyntaris)

To request deletion or erasure of personal data that Multiversum d.o.o. processes in connection with the WatsappAI Meta developer application, Lyntaris deployments, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (for example data processed via webhooks and APIs we operate for our clients), email:

Include, where possible:

  • The WhatsApp phone number you used;
  • The business name you contacted;
  • Approximate dates of the interaction;
  • Any reference our team may have given you (ticket ID, client name), if applicable.

3. What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your request where appropriate and respond within 30 days where required by law (for example GDPR). We may need to verify your request to protect against fraud and to locate data across systems operated for our business clients. Some requests may need coordination with the business customer who operates the WhatsApp channel.
